The Basic Needs Program at CSUCI offers emergency food and toiletries, connects students to critical on and off-campus resources, and provides educational opportunities for students to take personal responsibility for their wellness and the well-being of their communities.

All students, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin, who are interested in Basic Needs are welcome.

Dolphin Pantry Hours of Operation

(January 21 - May 15)

The Dolphin Pantry is located in Arroyo Hall 115 and is open to students, faculty, staff, and community members. The Spring 2025 pantry hours are listed below:

  • Monday: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. (CalFresh Drop-In hours 1 - 5 p.m.)
  • Tuesday: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. (CalFresh Drop-In hours 1 - 5 p.m.)
  • Wednesday: 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. (CalFresh Drop-In hours 3 - 6 p.m.)
  • Thursday: 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. (CalFresh Drop-In hours 1 - 5 p.m.)
  • Friday*: By appointment only, please schedule in advance as same day appointments are not guaranteed.

*Please request an appointment by emailing us at least one business day prior to  basicneeds@csuci.edu

A student ID is required for currently enrolled students. Community members may check in at the entrance.  

Donations to the Dolphin Pantry are being accepted. Please email basicneeds@csuci.edu to coordinate the donation.
