Camarillo, Calif., April 25, 2005 – The 2nd annual 91³Ô¹Ï picnic will be held Saturday, April 30, from noon to 5 p.m., on the North Quad of the University.

The event, which is sponsored by the CSUCI Student Programming Board, Student Government, and the Office of Student Leadership and Development, will feature the musical group, Sugarcult, which has performed nationally and internationally. In addition, a local band, Funk Union Local 805, and Sky Walker and 7-4-7, both student bands, will perform.

Local vendors, clubs, and organizations will be selling arts and crafts. Food will be available for sale or attendees may bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Ice chests will be searched before entry.

The picnic is free to all CSUCI students, including California State University Northridge at Channel Islands students. Faculty, staff, and members of the outside community will be charged $10, with children 12 and under admitted free. Pets are not allowed. Follow event signs to free parking.
