Camarillo, Calif., April 19, 2007, 2:48 p.m.- 91³Ô¹Ï police officers have detained a student in connection with a threat made regarding a shooting spree. The threat was made on the Internet site Facebook and posted under the student's profile name. CSUCI police officers were contacted in regard to the threat by a residence hall staff member who had been notified about the threat by another student.

The student is in custody and is being questioned by CSUCI police officers.

CSUCI is in the process of informing students, faculty and staff.
