--Dollar a Day for 20 Days, through Saturday, October 28: Donations may be made at locations on the CSUCI campus of $1 or more for up to 20 days. For more information, call Student Government at 805-437-3724 or e-mail sgasi@csuci.edu
--Campus Walk-A-Thon, Saturday, September 24, 8 a.m. Registration: Members of the campus community, their family, friends, and colleagues, as well as members of the community are invited to join a 3-mile walk around campus to raise funds for hurricane victims. Participants submit a $15 (students $5) registration fee and must fill out and send a form by Wednesday, September 21. Registration packets may be obtained at the Student Government Office, Room 1762, Bell Tower East, on campus or by e-mail, sgasi@csuci.edu. Participants are also asked to find sponsors to sign pledge forms for additional donations. Individuals who raise $75 or more will receive a free T-shirt and certificate.
--Campus Carnival, Saturday, October 8, 11. a.m. – 4 p.m.: Members of the campus community and their family, friends, and colleagues, as well as members of the community are invited to a carnival featuring prizes, games, food and drink, community organizations, and live entertainment. Admission is $1 per person at the event. Advanced tickets for games and food may be ordered no later than September 30 by contacting CSUCI Student Government at 805-437-2734 or by e-mail, sgasi@csuci.edu.
