Camarillo, Calif., March 28, 2006 – The University’s Center for International Affairs will present its week-long second annual International Week and Fashion Show featuring a variety of activities and entertainment.

The event includes a faculty and student study abroad informational session, Monday, April 3; a showing of an international film, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 5; international speakers, from 2: 3:45 p.m., at the CSUCI Science Auditorium, Thursday, April 6; an international potluck, Friday, April 7; and a fashion show, noon – 5 p.m., Saturday, April 8.

The University is asking members of the community to lend international fashions, costumes, haute couture, as well as to volunteer as models for the fashion show, which will be combined with an international picnic, “The World in Your Backyard.”

All events are free and open to the public. A donation booth for the American Red Cross will be provided. Parking is $6 for a campus permit. Follow signs to event locations.
