WHAT: At the above place and time, Dr. David Christian will present a lecture on “What Is the Use of Big History,” based on his book, Maps of Time, which recently won the World History Association prize for best work on world history. The talk is part of the University’s lecture series titled, “Global Histories and Their Futures.” The event is free and open to the public.
