Oct. 11, 2024 - CSUCI’s Sustainability department and Basic Needs are teaming up to
host a reusable bag collection drive, aimed at reducing waste.
The campus community is encouraged to donate extra reusable bags (cloth, mesh, canvas—no plastic bags, please). These bags will be distributed to students through the campus food pantry and the Basic Needs Farmers' Markets.
Collection Bins are Located at:
- Student Union
- Broome Library atrium
- Bell Tower East Commuters Lounge
- Cove Bookstore
- Dolphin Pantry
By donating reusable bags, you’ll be helping reduce waste and providing essential resources for CI students. Let’s come together to make a positive impact!
