Jenni Luna
Dr. Luna is a Chicano/a Studies Associate Professor. She was recently contacted by a London media outlet regarding women lowriders. The rise of women lowriders is a form of “cultural resistance”, Luna says. "Women are now seeing the possibility of going against the mainstream and finding other women who are also interested in lowriding.” The full article can be found at: https://www.canvas8.com/library/reports/2024/06/27/who-are-the-new-female-latine-lowriders

Daniel Martinez
Daniel alongside colleagues Asha Ramachandra and Brian Manson successfully implemented the goCI Mobile App Upgrade project (version 4) of the goCI mobile app. The  new version provides a range of enhancements and bug fixes to improve the overall user experience for students. Key improvements include resolved payment system issues, enhanced registration process, refined user interface, and optimized functionality. The goCI Mobile App Upgrade directly benefits the campus community by providing students with a more reliable, efficient, and user-friendly mobile platform to access essential campus services.
