Discover Your Strength at the Recreation Center
The Recreation Center is the heart of Campus Recreation’s fitness experience—offering a dynamic space designed to support your health and wellness goals. Whether you're looking to build cardiovascular endurance, increase muscular strength, improve flexibility, or simply stay active, our fitness area has everything you need.
Cardio enthusiasts can take advantage of a variety of equipment, including treadmills, stair climbers, recumbent and stationary bikes, and elliptical trainers. For strength training, we offer a full suite of Cybex selectorized machines, a power cage, cable crossover, multiple free weight benches, dumbbells ranging from 2 to 120 pounds, and over 2,000 pounds of Olympic plates.
Best of all, we offer a range of complimentary programs—including cardiovascular training, general conditioning, resistance training, and flexibility sessions—available to all Membership and Pass holders.
No matter your fitness level, we’re here to help you move, grow, and thrive.
